On Hold

I fell terribly sick in Taiwan, and fell even sicker upon returning home.

Blogging will resume when depression and disease lift.

Meanwhile, enjoy this blurry pic of my latest addition to my Moschino t-shirt collection. (Yes, I began collecting Moschino tees about four or five years back. It's a hobby that makes me very happy.) I bought it just a week before my trip to Taipei and wore it to our first night out clubbing in Taipei.

I hope to be back in better health and spirit soon.

Ar-Tee-Stic

Thanks to all who comforted me about my heartbreak. Thanks also to The Haute-Shopper for your suggestions. I do have some friends who are trying to score me media passes. Although the likelihood is very low for such exclusive and high-demand shows, one can still hope. :) Also, I probably will go and just, stalk the tent on the night of the show, just to soak in the atmosphere and breathe in the air of fashion royalty. Dame Westwood, here I come!

I received this in the email the other night, from an online retailer called TheCorner.com. It's the Menswear arm of the famous Yoox.com. I love TheCorner.com and have already made a purchase from there as a gift for a friend. Everything about this site is awesome. Please check it out if you are a girl who loves wearing her boyfriend's clothes and if you are a fan of graphic t-shirts.

Which brings me back to my email. This was a massive ad for new Art Tees and basically, I went crashing into depression as I realised I simply did not have enough money to buy so many of these wonderful designs. But well, my purchase powerlessness aside, I can't help but want to share what an amazing array of T-shirts that have just come in stock. Lust lust lust lust lust...♥

So inspiring. ♥

The Boyfriend Tee

Since I'm not tall enough to wear the "boyfriend" jeans (though I desperately want to), I've learnt to make do with the "boyfriend" t-shirt. I'm rather proud of this t-shirt. For you see, it was a t-shirt I had designed for my lovely boyfriend for his birthday last year. Can you guess the date of his birthday? :) I liked his t-shirt so much that I gave it to him, planted him a birthday kiss, and promptly borrowed it indefinitely.

Ah, 'tis the taste of true love. :p

Raise Your Chains Together

Dear Tom Kaulitz von Tokio Hotel,

If this t-shirt had been from the menswear section, I would have bought this for you immediately and shipped it straight to you in your studio in Hamburg. At least I think you're in Hamburg now, recording and stuff.

In any case, I saw this Givenchy Limit.Ed Oversized Chain Jersey T-Shirt and just saw you rocking out in it. Yes, even with the pink!

With best intentions & warm Königsberger Klopse,
Hui

P.S. When are you guys coming down to Singapore?
P.P.S. Tell your brother, the lovely Bill Kaulitz, that I love his nails and that he and I should go shopping for clothes together.
P.P.P.S. When are you guys coming down to Singapore, ever???

The Baggy Tee

We decided it was good to start with documenting some of our individual styles - the styles and shapes that we wore often, daily even, for instance when we still went to school. This was an easy look for school - the baggy tee+short skirt. This tee is Rachel's, which she had gotten from HongKong. I absolutely love the sort of off-white feel it has, with the random bird designs placed across.

This was a new tee I had gotten for my boyfriend. I absolutely love it. And it's comfortable, like wearing nothing at all. Such soft cotton! The grey ripped scarf belongs to Rachel. I think it adds just enough detail to make the whole outfit both come together and remain interesting.
